The Philippines Republic Act No. 9344 Section 6 states that
a child fifteen (15) years of age or under at the time of the commission of the offense shall be exempt from criminal liability.
Loophole
RA No. 9344’s loophole is being used by some criminals and drug syndicates. A child at the age of more or less 13 can already be used and can voluntarily do drugs and criminal activities.
If the law will be followed, they have 5 years or so to do criminal activities without being caught because, technically, the police cannot arrest them as they are minors until they reach 18.
Or so they thought
A minor who just got arrested is the talk of social media now for folding and crying now that he got caught.
This minor who goes by the name Christian Zueqsav thought that he was invincible because he is a minor.
On his Facebook, he posted a mockery and photos of stolen cellphones, money, marijuana, illegal firearms, and him just giving the police a dirty finger.
And he didn’t stop there. There is another post where he mocks the girl who found out that he was the one who stole her phone. According to him, it was ok if he was found out, but he still won’t get caught because he is famous.
Karma right back at you
What he thought was a brilliant act of mockery turned out to be the end of him.
In a photo where he was in handcuffs, tears were apparent.
Where was the arrogant drug user and criminal in the photo? He suddenly turned into a tame and crying sheep and the netizens couldn’t be happier.
