Duterte Binantaan si MVP " Tutuliin kita ulit!"

President Rodrigo Duterte revealed how he threatened PLDT-Smart Chairman Manuel V. Pangilinan after his Cabinet officials informed him that the telecommunication giant is asking P3-B from the government in exchange of idle frequencies that needed by the upcoming telco player.

He recounted that he fumed during that meeting and he gave an ultimatum to Pangilinan that he must surrender the frequencies or else he would circumcise the business tycoon again.

“Ah p*tang ina. Sabi ko talaga sa Cabinet member ‘yun. Sabi ko talaga kay, ‘p*tang ina sabihin mo ‘yan si…(MVP) Tuliin ko siya uli. Sauli niya ‘yan two days’. ‘Yung isa, tawag, day after, sauli nila, ‘yung frequency sa telco,” said Duterte.

Duterte pointed out that the government gave the frequencies for free, so there’s no reason for PLDT to sell it to the third telco player because they spent nothing to get that.

“Isauli ninyo sa gobyerno ‘yung frequency. Pero pabayarin pa. It was given to them for free. Tapos pagsauli, ayaw isauli kung — they acquired it with costs… Magbayad? Libre tapos ngayon ibinigay, magbayad ako? Nabuang ka?”

In another speech, he said that he would place the telecommunication firms seeking money for returning radio frequencies under tax audit.
